Easy Returns At Roast & Brew, we fully stand by the quality of every product we offer. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or find that the item isn’t quite what you were looking for.
That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at info@roastandbrew.co.uk with your order number, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
Please note, as the customer, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s).
Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email that we have processed your return payment.
Please note: To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned in “Like New” condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
“Like New” means that the item(s) must show no signs of wear. Items returned with signs of wear or use will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
If you decide to return your order, please email us at info@roastandbrew.co.uk with your order number, and we will assist you in making the process as smooth as possible.
Damages If your product arrives damaged, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and email photos to info@roastandbrew.co.uk on the day of delivery.
Roast & Brew will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
Please keep all original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns must be authorised by our customer service department prior to being processed.
We will ensure you receive the correct, undamaged product as quickly as possible. Items that are damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
Other Return Policy Notes:
- If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or product-specific return information.
- Products specified as certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for return.
- Roast & Brew only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for their full economic life. Orders purchased for “one-time” or “temporary use” are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, orders intended for use in trade shows, conference venues, or orders made by promotional companies or trade show facilitators.
